URBAN YOUTH

Urban Connection Project has a strong commitment to helping youth.  We believe that in order to build strong communities, we need to make viable and lasting investments into our youth.  Therefore Urban Connection has made a pledge to support underserved youth in the pursuit of higher education.

The agency sponsors the following annual programs that are designed to help inspire and mentor youth:

Fall Youth Fair

Urban Connection Youth Fairs provide youth with the opportunity to participate in free workshops around careers, enrolling into college, self-estem building, and anti violence.

Spring College Tours

Urban Connection Project also sponsors college tours that will allow youth and an accompanying guardian to visit colleges and universities.  Some tours include out of state visits.
