Training

The key to operating a successful business is having skilled employees, equipped with the knowledge and professional capacity to deliver high quality service. Our customizable training programs focus on team building, diversity, program management, service delivery, quality assurance, and outreach services. We work closely with non profit agencies (including faith based) and/or small businesses to help build capacity and sustainability. Our training consultants are certified educators who have experience working with adults and a proven track record for building strong programs for diverse populations.

We also offer monthly training sessions on grant writing and grant programming.

Funding

Urban Connection Project provides consultative services that will enable clients to procure funding to help expand their outreach services. Our services range from assistance with developing grant proposals and fundraising activities.

Grants/Program Management

Urban Connection Project provides consultative serves, training and support that will enable clients to align program activities with company goals. We focus on management, infrastructure, planning, and improvement. We develop resources that will help agencies maintain their own internal accountability for services delivered.

Evaluation

Our research team will work closely with your agency to help track and monitor the success of your program through data delivery. We provide information regarding program outcomes in relationship to program goals. We track client satisfaction and will serve as an external liaison to help develop comprehensive feedback reports or action plans.
